Water Levels Forecast for Lake St. Clair – March 2010

Knowing what the water levels will be means a lot when it comes to fishing Lake St. Clair.  Fifteen years ago higher water levels brought many spots into play.  Since then, lower conditions have left many of those same spots high and dry.  Even if there is less water on the spot there may be fish there.  If you’ve been fishing out on Lake St. Clair for the last 10 years you’ve seen this transformation and have made the necessary adjustments to stay on fish.  The following link will give you a chance to see a water levels forecast put out by the U.S. Corps of Engineers that can give you a heads up on water levels to help you put together a plan of attack for the season.
